01
The room is inside Lizard Yoga
Kaiut Yoga Austin teaches at 2919 Menchaca Road, Suite 104a, in South Austin. The studio is a real shared yoga space, not a medical office or private treatment room. Check the live schedule before visiting.
02
What is already in the room
Mats, walls, wooden blocks, and orange bolsters shape the class. They let Renae change height, distance, and support without making the room feel clinical. Students may use different arrangements at the same time.
03
What arrival feels like
Come early enough to find the entrance, choose a place, and tell Renae what has changed. Once class begins, instructions are quiet and unhurried. A rushed arrival makes that first transition harder than it needs to be.
04
The room is also streamed live
Students who cannot travel can join regular classes online. The in-room and online class happen together. Online attendance still requires a safe floor area, a useful camera angle, and willingness to stop when a setup is unclear.
Common questions
Start with the question that brought you here.
These are the questions people bring when pain, stiffness, stress, or lost mobility has started shaping daily life. The answers begin with what Kaiut students experience, then connect those outcomes to the practice and the research.
Question 01
What kind of yoga studio is Kaiut Yoga Austin?
It is a small teaching practice inside the real Lizard Yoga room, not a spa, fitness chain, or medical office. The space has mats, white walls, wooden blocks, orange bolsters, and room at the wall. Regular classes are also streamed live for students attending from home.
Question 02
Who is instructor Renae at Kaiut Yoga Austin?
Renae Molden owns Kaiut Yoga Austin and is its principal teacher. She has taught the method in Austin since 2018. Her role in class is to give a precise setup, watch what she can see, listen to what a student reports, and change the position without pretending to diagnose the reason for a symptom.
Question 03
How is Kaiut Yoga Austin different from other yoga studios in South Austin?
Regular yoga is not one thing. A hot class, neighborhood flow, restorative hour, and alignment class ask for different coordination, heat tolerance, balance, and pace. Kaiut's clearest differences are fewer linked transitions, longer observation, and ordinary use of massage tables, chairs, walls, and props.
Question 04
What neighborhoods near South Austin does Kaiut Yoga Austin serve?
The studio is on Menchaca Road in South Austin. A neighborhood list would be less useful than the actual trip, so check the route, parking, class time, and travel home from your address. The right local class is one you can reach without turning every visit into a special project.
Question 05
Is Kaiut Yoga Austin affiliated with Francisco Kaiut's official method?
The Austin classes are presented and taught as the Kaiut method developed by Francisco Kaiut. This guide does not turn that fact into a claim about a current franchise, license, or endorsement. Ask the studio directly if a particular credential or organizational relationship matters to your decision.
Question 06
Can I visit Kaiut Yoga Austin if I have never done yoga before?
You do not need pose names, a memorized sequence, or previous class experience. Renae explains where the mat and props go before asking the room to move. Being able to ask a question, watch a position, or take a smaller route matters more than arriving with yoga knowledge.
