A Story of Resilience, Recovery, and the Science of Movement
Ravi Kaiut, son of Francisco Kaiut, was diagnosed at age four with Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease, a painful condition that deforms the hip. Thanks to early Kaiut Yoga intervention, he avoided surgery and now walks pain-free. Ravi went on to win bodybuilding championships, placing third in the world. His story is one of resilience, showing how pain can be transformed through movement, mindset, and dedication. We’re thrilled to welcome him to Austin.
Ravi holds a master’s degree in neuroscience and is a longtime practitioner of Kaiut Yoga. Join us for an evening of light refreshments and meaningful conversation as he answers your questions on the nervous system, pain, sleep, and movement. Come curious — leave inspired.

Reframe Pain Workshop
Chronic pain is often misunderstood — and as a result, poorly treated.
Saturday, Oct. 18
and
Sunday, Oct. 19
Two sessions each day:
10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Lunch break
2 - 4 p.m.
This weekend workshop wraps up the week with what might be the most important piece: reframing our perception of pain. After covering sleep, longevity, performance, recovery, and mobility, we’ll bring it all together by focusing on where it all tends to land — in the body.
Pain shows up in the way we move, rest, heal, and age. This session is about understanding it, not just managing it. You’ll learn how to work with your body instead of against it. Through a clear, approachable practice, you’ll start to release tension, reduce compensation patterns, and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
This workshop is for anyone living with chronic discomfort, recovering from injury, or carrying the physical weight of stress and anxiety. Whether you’re looking to move more freely, feel more at ease, or simply reconnect with your body, it offers practical tools to help you get there.

F1 is rolling into Austin this weekend, and while the city cranks the volume all the way up, we’ll be doing the opposite. As the engines rev and the energy surges, we’ll be slowing it all down — tuning into the body, the breath, and the kind of recovery that actually lasts. It’s a powerful contrast, and honestly, it’s exactly what this moment needs.

This 5-day retreat with Ravi Kaiut is a rare opportunity to learn from someone whose life has been shaped — literally — by this work.
Diagnosed as a kid with a painful condition that deformed his hip, Ravi could’ve spent his life managing chronic pain. Instead, early work with the Kaiut Method (created by his father, Francisco) helped him avoid surgery and eventually become a world-class bodybuilder. No joke — he placed third in the world. Add to that a master’s in neuroscience and decades of personal practice, and you get someone who not only understands the science, but lives it.

This retreat isn’t just a yoga getaway. It’s about movement, yes, but also about sleep, aging, recovery, performance, and how pain shows up in all of those things. It’s about learning to work with the body instead of against it. Over the course of five days — through workshops, conversations, and embodied practice — you’ll get tools that are simple, smart, and grounded in real-life experience.

Whether you’re dealing with discomfort, navigating stress that’s landed in your body, or just craving more space and freedom in how you move and feel—this retreat is for you.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.
