Pain is often misunderstood—and poorly managed. In this masterclass, you’ll learn how to work with your body instead of against it. Through a methodical and accessible practice, you’ll begin to unlock restrictions, reduce compensation patterns, and support the body’s natural healing processes. This program is designed for those living with discomfort or recovering from past injuries.

Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a full refund (minus a small processing fee). Cancellations made 7–13 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Less than 7 days’ notice or no-shows are non-refundable, but your spot can be transferred to someone else if you let me know.
