Community  Reception with Ravi Kaiut

A Story of Resilience, Recovery, and the Science of Movement

Ravi Kaiut, son of Francisco Kaiut, was diagnosed at age four with Legg-Calvé-Perthes disease, a painful condition that deforms the hip. Thanks to early Kaiut Yoga intervention, he avoided surgery and now walks pain-free. Ravi went on to win bodybuilding championships, placing third in the world. His story is one of resilience, showing how pain can be transformed through movement, mindset, and dedication. We’re thrilled to welcome him to Austin.

Ravi holds a master’s degree in neuroscience and is a longtime practitioner of Kaiut Yoga. Join us for an evening of light refreshments and meaningful conversation as he answers your questions on the nervous system, pain, sleep, and movement. Come curious — leave inspired.

Practice Intensives

Bring your whole self to this integrative experience

5-Day Practice Intensive

A retreat pulls you away from your life. An immersion pulls you deeper into your body. As our community grows, we are choosing our words more carefully, and this distinction matters.

Over 18.5 hours across 7 masterclasses and a 2-day practice intensive your body will encounter itself in ways it rarely gets the opportunity to.

You will begin to understand not just what the Kaiut Method does but why and how it works specifically in your body. The people who experience the most lasting change are the ones who show up fully.

18.5 hours. 5 days. One opportunity.

Intro to Kaiut Yoga classes

Learn about the method with Ravi Kaiut

Intro to Kaiut Yoga with Ravi Kaiut
Tues, Oct. 27
2 p.m.

Kaiut Yoga is a therapeutic method designed to restore function and freedom of movement to the body, regardless of age, fitness level, or physical limitation. It works systematically through the joints, targeting areas where mobility has been lost over time through injury, repetitive movement, or simply the way we live. It is equally powerful for the athlete and the elderly, the flexible and the stiff. The people who feel the most restricted often experience the most profound changes. Whether you're curious, brand-new to the practice, or simply have questions, this is your opportunity to learn directly from Ravi Kaiut, the son of founder Francisco Kaiut. No experience necessary, just come as you are.
