Happy Hips · five-week series
Hips are made for more than the distance between two chairs.
Sitting asks the hip to repeat one small angle for hours. The series approaches the area from different positions, with support adjusted to the range present that day.

Why five weeks
One class can feel different. Repetition changes the conversation.
The series returns to the hips from several directions. The floor carries the body. Bolsters and blocks change the distance. Time lets you notice pressure, effort, and the difference between one side and the other.
The point is not to force a wider shape. It is to practice with the range you have without turning flexibility into a score.

You do not need to wait for the series.
Hip work is already part of the regular Kaiut schedule. If the joint is deciding how far you walk or how long you sit, tell Renae before class. She will keep that history in mind while she teaches.

Three regular classes give you a better answer than waiting for the perfect program date.
