2. Learn Our Method
Consult with Renae, learn the basics, and start to build a foundation for your practice. It takes about 3 or 4 classes to become familiar with the method. At least 2 - 3 classes a week are recommended.
3. Regain Mobility
Over the course of your introductory month you’ll experience how Kaiut Yoga Austin can help you create a rejuvenated body that moves easier with less pain. As you work with the method, over time, you’ll move with less restriction and pain.
